We’re looking for a Risk & Governance Manager to take ownership of our ERM and Policy Governance frameworks, strengthen risk and governance practices, and help embed a proactive risk culture across the business.
In this role, you’ll join our global Internal Control & Risk team, report directly to the Director of Internal Control & Risk and lead a small team of two direct reports.
Due to our hybrid working model, we are looking for candidates based in Szczecin or the surrounding area, with availability to work from office min. 2 days per week.

leading and developing the Enterprise Risk Management framework and maturity roadmap,

leading risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and the annual enterprise risk assessment process,

ensuring clear ownership of key risks, driving mitigation plans, and following up with stakeholders,

preparing materials, facilitating risk workshops, and advising management and key departments,
-
promoting a proactive risk culture through awareness, training, and risk-conscious decision-making,
-
overseeing ERM systems and preparing risk reporting for management and the Audit Committee,
-
managing risk activities related to climate risk, double materiality, ESG, and other regulatory requirements,
-
managing policy creation, maintenance, and delivery in line with the roadmap,
-
improving the policy governance framework, lifecycle, and awareness activities,
-
coordinating cross-functional risk and policy governance activities,
-
monitoring regulatory developments and best practices, proposing improvements.
What do you need to succeed in the role?
-
a university degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or another relevant field,
-
5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, corporate governance, or a related area, ideally in an international corporate environment,
-
strong leadership and stakeholder management skills,
-
excellent presentation and communication skills,
-
experience managing even a small team would be highly preferred,
-
the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and strategic focus,
-
knowledge of ERM frameworks, such as COSO, and regulatory topics, including ESG and climate risk,
-
experience with policy governance and/or regulatory compliance programs,
-
high proficiency in spoken and written English.
