Data Science Analyst

For our client we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst who enjoys translating complex business problems into clear analytical solutions. You’ll thrive in our team if you are passionate about data modeling and using advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions.

 

You will join our Advanced Analytics team, which focuses on building advanced analytical models, segmentation, profiling, scoring, and predictive solutions to support strategic goals. You’ll work closely with product and business teams, turning data insights into actionable solutions and interactive analytical applications built in Streamlit. 

 

Scope:

  • Translating business requirements into analytical solutions, including analyzing needs, designing solutions, prototyping reports, and aligning with stakeholders.
  • Creating interactive analytical applications in Streamlit for business teams and the Management Board, including geographic, trend, and KPI visualizations, as well as continuously improving usability and performance. 
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis (Python, SQL) on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and formulating strategic recommendations.
  • Processing and integrating large volumes of data in Snowflake and dbt, creating and maintaining data sources, and optimizing processes using SQL and Python.
  • Monitoring the quality and performance of implemented analytical solutions and driving their continuous improvement.
  • Creating and updating technical and business documentation in Confluence to ensure the continuity of analytical operations.

Required skills:

  • Experience in advanced data analytics, including profiling, segmentation, scoring, predictive modeling, and developing analytical models that support business and strategic decision-making. Skilled in designing, maintaining, and processing large datasets (Data Marts), as well as applying statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, behavioral patterns, and key drivers impacting business performance.
  • Technical Skills: advanced SQL (including query optimization) for large datasets in Snowflake; Python with practical knowledge of analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn); Experience building analytical applications in Streamlit; Git.
  • Soft Skills: strong analytical thinking, ability to solve complex business problems, and skills in data interpretation to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Language: Polish (C2), English (B2)
