Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Support tax reporting and statutory filings.

Ensure compliance with the Polish Accounting Act and local tax regulations.

Manage accounting and reporting related to gaming tax obligations and regulatory requirements.

Support accounting processes related to licenses, regulatory fees, and financial guarantees.

Manage and process documentation through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.

Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.

Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

Understanding of the Gambling Act and gaming tax accounting principles.

Experience in accounting related to licenses, regulatory fees, and financial guarantees.

Experience collaborating with Group Finance teams and supporting consolidated reporting processes.

Previous experience within the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.

Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is considered an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
