Procurement Intern

ABB is an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. ABB is consolidating its internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow.

Becoming part of ABB's Operational Procurement Team, consisting of 200+ specialists, you will participate in an exciting journey of optimizing ABB costs by delivering high level services to the internal customers within the Procurement area. To do so you will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.

Responsibilities

Operational procurement tasks:

OOM (Open Order Management) - verifying order confirmations, attaching order confirmations to POs, updating delivery dates, following up on missing order confirmations
additional ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Active student status
Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
Good knowledge of another foreign language (German/French/Spanish/Italian) will be a plus
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Customer focus with a proactive attitude
Availability: min. 20 h/week
