Procurement Intern with German

To support our Procurement team, we are looking for an Intern, open-minded and with analytical skills, experienced or not in the procurement area.

Responsibilities

Monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
Create/ register suppliers in the Ariba tool
Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
Manage on-time deliveries
Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices

Requirements

Active student status (economical education is a big plus)
Proficient in English (min. B2) and German (min. B2)
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Open-minded, analytical thinking
Availability: min. 30 h/week (hybrid mode and flexible hours)
